I've always loved writing but never had whatever it takes to get everything together and produce a 'finished' piece of work. Until now, 2022, when I moved to North Devon, beside the sea.

I also found the perfect person here to encourage and support me in getting things finished and to work on new and exciting things.

So now I'm mainly writing fiction but to try out the self-publishing path I quickly pulled together a short book on sourdough which would hopefully not only educate me on the subject, but also help folks who found baking sourdough a bit time consuming or a little frustrating.

I love baking sourdough but I never wanted it to take over my life, so I refined easy ways to get great results.

The first book in my Tartan Noir series has the working title of The Sandman, which was actually written way back in 2003, when it got a few big time folks in the literary agency world excited, but life took over and here we are twenty years later getting very excited again.
